Semi Custom 6 inch Offset Boner

I designed this offset with Tommy Gomes, of the hit show, The Fishmonger. The boner is a shorter version that is also stiffer. This is great for primals and reverse grip. Everyone who cooks beef, pork, or lamb needs one!
