Custom CD#1 10 Inch Kiritsuke Pinecone
This 10 inch CD#1 Kiritsuke is on the Thinner side and is extremely sharp. I wanted her to be able to handle tasks like cutting veggies, meat, fish, fruit, and small bones. 63hrc DLC coated CD#1 blade, about 2 inches from heel to spine, and with some gorgeous stabilized pinecone cast in resin for handles. She is clothed in black DLC Titanium hardware and has an asymmetrical S-grind above her dual bevels.
