Custom CD#1 9 Inch Chef Cocobolo
This 9 inch CD#1 Western Chef is on the Thinner side and is extremely sharp. I wanted her to be able to handle tasks like cutting veggies, meat, fish, fruit, and small fish bones. 63hrc DLC coated CD#1 blade, about 2 inches from heel to spine, and with some gorgeous cocobolo handles with white liners. She is clothed in black DLC Titanium hardware and has an asymmetrical S-grind above her dual bevels.
