The Tuna Sword is traditionally a highly specialized knife used to break down whole tuna and other large ocean fish. Here at Meglio, we believe tradition is peer pressure from the dead. Want to julienne carrots or mince garlic with a 14-18” sword to flaunt your badassery? No problem! Cut your partners perfectly cooked steak from across the dining room table to establish dominance? PERFECT! Don’t let tradition bound you to exclusivity. We have made a number of Tuna Swords used for many purposes outside of large ocean fish. Break down large cuts of wagyu.
